We bring the jobs. You put up the lights.

We mail their own house back to them, lit up.

Not a flyer about your company. A photo of their real house with your lights on it. And their real price. We pick the streets. We make the cards. We mail them. You get the calls.

See what we mail

Most lighting ads look the same.

Someone else’s house. A logo. A deal. It hits the trash on the walk back from the mailbox. Ours doesn’t. Here’s why.

01

It’s their house

We start with a photo of their real home. Then we add your lights. They know the house right away. They don’t even have to read it.

02

It’s their price

We measure their roof from the photo. Then we print what the job costs right on the card. Not a range. Their price.

03

It’s every holiday

One set of lights. Warm white all year. Green in March. Red and blue in July. Orange in the fall. We show them all of it.

You install. We do the rest.

There is no app to learn. Our team does the work. Your name goes on every card.

01

We pick the streets

We look at your whole area. We check home values and roof sizes. Then we pick the blocks that buy. Not the whole zip code.

02

We make and mail the cards

Each home gets its own photo, its own price, and its own web page. We write the card. We print it. We mail it.

03

You get the calls

They scan the card. They see their house and their price. Then they call you or book right on the page.

They see the job done before they call you.

People buy lights once they can picture them. So we show them first. That is the whole trick.

One install. Every holiday.

Real cards we mailed. Same house. Same lights. They just pick the color on their phone.

Same house. Two colors.

This is what closes the sale. They don’t have to book you each fall. They buy once. Then they run it all year.

Every other night

Each photo shows about what the finished job will look like. We build it from a photo of that home.

Your free design is ready.

The back of the card does the rest.

Each card is made for one home. The QR code opens a page built just for that house. Their photo. Their price. One button.

$

Their real price

We measure their roof. You set the rates.

QR

Their own page

One scan. No forms. No app. They can book or pay right there.

Nothing on your plate

No print shop. No lists. No trips to the post office. We do it all.

One lighting company per town.

You get your town to yourself. So we both have to want it. That starts with a call, not a cart.

Why it works

It makes them stop and look.

Most mail talks about your company. Ours shows them their house, their price, and what to do next. That is the whole difference. And it is a big one.

What you get

Booked jobs, not a login.

You don’t learn an app. You don’t hire a marketer. You just get people who already know how their house looks lit up, and what it costs.

People want to see lights before they buy. A card with their own house on it gets read on the walk back from the mailbox. Email never does.

Common questions

The things people ask us on the first call.

One flat fee each month. It depends on how many homes you want us to reach, and how big your area is. We give you a real number on the call. There is no one price we could put on this page and still be honest.

We do. We pick the streets, make the photos, set the prices, write the cards, print them, mail them, and follow up. You get one person here who knows your town. Your job is to put up lights and answer the phone.

The first cards hit mailboxes about two weeks after we start. Scans begin the week they land. Mail builds over time. The second and third rounds to the same streets beat the first. That is why we mail the same homes each season instead of one big blast.

You need to be able to do the work and stand behind it. A lot of our crews came from holiday lights, yard lights, or other outdoor work. What we can’t fix is a shop that is not ready for the calls.

Yes. We take one lighting company per town. That is also why we say no to some calls. If a town is taken, it is taken.

Want your town before someone else takes it?

Thirty minutes. We look at your area on the call. Then we tell you what we would mail and what it costs.
